There was the attached TSB for 2020 for those with a random misfire P0300 code and few other codes. All it had them do was just change the right intake cam and nothing else.
I'm thinking of a different one - or maybe the memory has got me and it's something later.

Maybe this one? Has them replace everything.

Here's what I was thinking of - and applies to 2020 MY JT

Jeep Gladiator 230k+ Mile JT having misfire Issues after rocker repair 1765775760558-bm

I thought I recalled a PCM update along with the camshaft replacement.
I'm not saying this is a TSB for this case, but - this is the one I was recalling -PCM update with cam replacement.
Also, all TSBs seem to have been superseded over the years, saying to replace all parts and so on.
Never replace only a cam or only followers. Sure, some hacks get by, but just because someone did it and it worked for them doesn't make it smart.

Looks like i'll reach out to the stealership and see if they can do the PCM update, I bet that's my problem.

If there was a better engine legal in California I would have it.

Did you ever get this resolved?
I did actually. I started to do a deep dive on the crown automotive rocker arms as those were the only non OEM part I used, I found a few forms that mentioned that they are slightly out of spec, so I decided to get with the local dealership and actually buy OEM rocker arms which became quite the chore because most of them were on backorder. After I removed the crown automotive rocker arms and installed OEM ones everything was fine, I currently have 8000 miles on the repair.

Ah, Crown Automotive - the outfit that makes some replacement AMC engine parts that have destroyed more than a few distributor drive and drive gears, cam sprocket issues, timing cover fit issues and so on.............
