I have a 2021 Gladiator 3.0 eco diesel. Jeep runs great with 37" tires with the mini tins to adjust tire size. The problem I am having is when pulling a trailer, my jeep codes out and then puts me in limp mode until I pull over and cycle the motor three times as per the book to clear code. Seems like it only occurs when I get speed above 65mph. If I stay below that speed all is good. I have tried unmarrying the mini tins and with it on jeep but nothing changes. Any input from anyone would be great because the dealer says no codes are in ecm and can't figure it out either.

You're not the first one with this strange happening.

Makes me wonder if it has something to do with torque management.

Retarded...err... I mean Retired
I know the manual is pretty specific about keeping it under 50mph the first 500 miles of towing, regardless of how many miles the Jeep has on it.
Someone else on here said they thought it had more to do with the tranny learning shifts points with a load rather than just breaking it in.
Just throwing it out there.

Currently getting a software update. The CEL is off but the code P2100 was still stored. There is a TSB for this; however, I am not sure if it applies to only gassers ir id your diesel Would also fall under this.

Thanks again. The dealer says there is no code when this happens, kinda funny I think if its showing, warning and putting my jeep in limp mode you think there would be a stored code!!

Any fix for this? Just finished a cross country road trip towing my RPOD and had issues with the limp mode almost daily. I'll be bringing it in to my local dealership soon.

No, my 2021 Gladiator has been at two different dealerships and currently in now. They've had it for two months. Trying to get it to duplicate the issue. Last dealership put new turbo and a line of some sort, and it still goes into limp seconds after warning me with lightning bolts to service electronic throttle body. Is yours a diesel?

Yes 23 Diesel Rubicon on 35s. Super frustrating trying to get home driving across the country with my pregnant wife. @JeepCares was supposed to call me on Friday to assist us with getting home but it’s Monday and still no phone call. We limped it home but it was a brutal drive.
