New - Under the Front Seat Compressor Mount for JT/JL

Our new Under the Front Seat Compressor Mount is now available!! Designed to hold the ARB twin or single compressors as well as most ViAir compressors. The mount is made of 1/8” powder coated aluminum. No cutting of the carpet or plastic air vent is required. Depending on what floor mats you use you may need to trim the rear mat to make space for the rear accessory wall. The rear accessory wall is designed to mount items such as fire extinguishers, flashlights, etc. The mount also comes with a Seat Rail Air Switch/Coupler Plate. Optional add-on air kits are available.

Will it work with the factory slush mats?

The slush mat would need to be trimmed if you wanted to use the accessory holes on the wall of the mount. If it is not trimmed, it would fold up against the wall.

What's the max height of compressor that would fit, interested in smittybuilt 2781 if I took it off the original plate.

The highest point (base of plate to top of the black casing on compressor) on the ARB twin compressor when it is mounted is 4 1/4" tall. Anything taller may start hitting the seat rails/wires

I confirmed today that the Under Front Seat Compressor Mount does indeed work under the Driver's seat. It actually has a bit more room under the Driver seat since the floor is shaped a bit differently.

I love this idea. I am actually thinking about using these to protect the RCA ends of my amplifiers since they are mounted under my seats... I'm always worried about backseat passengers kicking them. ?

Yes, very soon. My Wife is traveling with the JLU so I will get some video when she returns. My JT has Goose Gear seat deletes so I can't get good video with it

What floor openings are available for routing cable and airline? Hopefully there's a floor plug somewhere nearby but this may be wishful thinking! If not, any thoughts about access? Photos of your routing?
