Was the brace "dragging" the pitman shaft? Was it perhaps pulling on it a bit instead of just holding it in position so it could not move side to side under stress?

I think it's just some added friction from having an oil bronze bushing type bearing on the bottom end of the shaft. I'll keep a close watch on it, but my experience with these kinds of bearings has been nothing but positive to date.

More friction than roller or ball bearings, but on the other hand, think of the devices that have used such "bearings" for years, even at high speeds.

I've been searching for it. I know I posted or commented it somewhere. Just can't find it right now.

Do we need to prime these or bleed them before installing?

the falcon out of the box doesn’t flex at all too much compression

No. They're ready to go out of the box. Turn it to soft and press hard. It's way stiffer than the factory stabilizer.

It's a carriage bolt.

My long shaft mud motor on my duck boat had two in it and they worked great at high RPM and unholy abuse.

I went out and tried to measure my caster angle using a level app on my phone. It's somewhere between +14.3 and +6.5. it's definitely positive ?

Several have been installed 180 degrees off. You should be able to see each setting from the front of the vehicle.

I can't hear any high pitched squeals. It may be out of my damaged hearing's frequency range.

If you can flip the adjuster and read, soft, medium, and firm from the front it's mounted correctly.

I have had a vibrate and or tremble feel comming from the floorboard for 10k miles, I read these can put a band aid on underlying issues, and this it did.
Drives like a Cadillac now, still need to check both joints or whatever that subtle floor board vibrating is from
