I installed Rancho's leveling kit RS66127BR9 up front along with some 3/4" spacers and Rancho 9000XL shocks in the rear to match the front.

I did the rear first and the truck truck looked pretty level side to side, at least not enough for me to notice. After finishing up the front I immediately noticed the drivers side sat lower the passenger. I verified that springs were on the correct side and seated correctly. All 8 control arms and both track bars are loose and I bounced/rolled the truck a bit. Springs and shocks feel like they are moving freely on all corners.

My suspicion was that the passenger side was sitting too high but after looking at the rear end I think the drivers side may be "sagging". I noticed the driver rear spring is compressed to the point that the top 3 coils are touching. The Passenger side is compressed but has a gap between each coil still.

I can grab some measurements and pictures in a bit but I am not sure what to do other than take everything back off and start over checking my work.

well either you're going to have to lose weight or the easier thing would be to find ya one of those big girls to ride passenger. might hurt your mileage, but it should level out over time.

honestly i have no idea. think it will settle in once you drive it for a few days?

If this is the kit (found pic on amazon), there really isn't a whole lot that can go wrong besides the springs not seating correctly in the OEM spring supports. As long as you have that correct (sounds like you checked it), the only other thing is putting the springs on the wrong sides of the vehicle if they're side specific (maybe Rancho labeled them wrong?).

Maybe post up your issue in this thread and see if Rancho responds.

Well I measured everything and both front and rear were sitting an inch higher on the passenger side.

I couldn't find anything out of place or misaligned so I said the hell with it and put my front control arm drop brackets on. When I got done it was obvious that the sag was nearly gone and sure enough down to 1/4" higher on the passenger side with a 1/4 tank of gas which seems spot on.

Not sure what was binding but I'd guess this would have resolved after some driving and settling too.

How do you like the Rancho adjustable shocks? I'm considering them but I haven't found any reviews on them, except from Rancho...

Maybe you torqued/tightened things with the truck jacked up and the axles hanging down?
But yes, some jouncing, bouncing and settling ,may occur.

@hickman785 they really transformed the ride for me. I'll make a full post here soon, but the ride is better on trails and the highway.

Maybe you received mixed matching springs. Any p/n on the springs?
