I first noticed a lean to the passenger side after installing a Skyjacker 2.5-level kit. I researched and could not come up with any answers; some had it, while others said they didn't. The passenger side was lower by about 1/2 inch to 1 inch, depending on how much gas was in the tank. So I bought and installed the Clayton 3.5 Overland lift with 1/2 inch spacers to take out the rake, and even took out the black and gray isolator pads and installed the metal cloak front correction pads that are the same size. followed the directions perfectly and BAM! The same amount of passenger lean. I researched and researched, even taking Clayton's advice of loosening the Swaylinks, Track Bar, and Shocks, and jumping on the bumper and re-torquing. So I pulled the passenger spring, double checked everything, and added a 1-inch spacer and reinstalled. with a half tank of gas, the passenger side sits 1/4 lower than the driver side. Not sure if anyone else has to deal with a passenger side lean after installing lifts, but I now have a 3.5 Clayton lift with 1 -inch Terraflex Spacer in the passenger side spring and a 1/2 Terraflex Spacer in the Drivers Spring. Hope this helps.
