What is the actual poke out beyond the fenders on those?
Depends on the tires you choose...

These 37x12.5r17 Cooper STT Pros, with a piece of angle aluminum as a straight edge, stick out 1-3/8" past the fenders in the front and 1-7/16" in the rear, measuring straight up to the flare.

But the tires bulge out 1-11/16 past the rim lip on the wheel, which is the widest point on the wheel.

So the surface of the wheel is about 1/4" inside of the outer edge of the fender, if my math is right.

The flaw with my measuring here is the bottom of the tire is bulged out a bit, I didn't lift the weight off to get a more accurate measurement. But it should get you in the ballpark.

Also, this is measured on a Rubicon. EcoD, specifically. So keep that in mind in regards to axle and fender widths

Looks awesome! I’m partial, but man the Saltas are so damn nice looking.
So I think you started this thread looking for pictures of them in black and debating between the two colors... sounds like you got some, then? Got pictures to share?

Reason I'm asking is that I'm looking at a -6 Icon Rebound pro. Wondering how.much those will stick out. Possibly going to run an 11.5 tire. But will stick with my Rubi take off tires for now.

oh, ok. The Salta XR is +25 offset, and both are 8.5" wide, if you didn't already know.

My bad! Yes I did. 37” KO2’s mounted. Here’s some pics. Enough poke for me, still tinkering with tire pressure. Hard in the Carolinas where the temps swing 40degrees every 48hrs.

So my answer depends of what you want to use the truck for. I am using the Borahs as a true beadlock wheel with 38s now. I do a fair bit of technical offroading and being able to air down to 8-11 PSI without thinking about the bead is great. I love the look of both of them. If you're not worried about airing down the simplicity of the Saltas are a great look. The onyx color is pretty much a dead match with granite crystal (thats whats on my old sting gray sport). The Toyos did well as an all around daily tire, slightly louder than K02s. But, I found myself wanting more when I'm in the rocks. I have gone with a Falken Wildpeak RT01. It's a hybrid tire and has done great offroad while still having decent road manners.
