Jeep Gladiator AEV Salta Xr Pic Request jee

Took some post-lift pics yesterday, but figured this was a pretty good representation of what satin black looks like.

Reviving an old thread since looking at these.

It now says satin black instead of matte…. Wonder if it’s truly a new finish?

and the black lug nuts are a nice touch! Which did you buy?

If you like those, check out the Methods. they are pretty similar and a lot less money

Which ones? I thought I saw something similar and they were actually more expensive.

AEV calls them satin. I've seen some dealers refer to them as matte. I don't think there's a difference.

OEM lug nuts with these covers.

Lighter too. 27 lbs vs 34. Method 703s also have the Bead Grip thing. Not that I've had issues airing down to 12-15 psi with AEVs. I couldn't choose between Saltas or 703s. At the time I was shopping the 703s were on backorder for a few months, AEV wasn't.

Thanks! I looked and I think maybe popularity/scarcity, the Method 703's are the same price now ($303 a piece looks like.) I haven't done a deep dive, but that seemed to be general.

Appreciate the insight on the color and lug nut covers.

I went black and have no regrets. I just wanted dark. It's a nice finish, definitely looks different in bright light, when cleaner v. less clean. Wish they had like a smidge more poke, but otherwise love them.

They arrived! So much better than the silver blades. Included a pic showing the offset on the max tow. The wheels are very high quality and have “made in Italy” on

When you got these installed, was this a stock set up?
