Not the right thread for this question BUT, what was the deal with getting the black grille? Was it a stand alone option or did it come with some specific package?

I ask because the first Stingrey JTR I saw that made me REALLY want the same had one. I bought a used 2020 from Carvana in July 2021 and now have 40,000 miles on it with not a single problem but your pic reminds me how much I really dig the black grille. I've considered rattle canning mine but I know it would chip, etc and I'd be annoyed by it. Nice truck, Mr. Jeep!

There are 2 different black grills: standard with the Willys model is the glossy black grill. But there is another that is optional when you special order like I did - it is a matte black which matches the bumper and fender. I like how it blends with the other pieces.

Ah ok! The wheel base on the Gladiator makes it feel like nothing if you ever attempted or have seen it done on a shorter vehicle like a TJ. I ran it in October we ended up doing most of the badge trails including Pratchett Canyon.

Did you have a good time over there?

Second time in Moab. Went last summer on longer trip, started in Sedona, then Joshua tree,, then through the Mojave and up to Utah (Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Moab area) great time other than the heat. Hoping to go next year a week or two later just befor the jeep event out there. Some of the national park trails were still closed. Was looking forward to doing the Shaffer trail but couldn't. It is truly a fantastic place.

Amazing three day trek on the Hole in the Rock trail in Utah. What an epic trip with 5 other gladiators and a JL.
