Hi there everyone. I looked around on the forums but couldn't find my question. I'm looking at a jks 3" j kontrol lift. I currently have 33's on my stock 20" rims just bought the tires. So my real question is how would it look with the lift and 33's. I have a feeling they will look really small but don't want to buy another set of tires. Once these run out I would run 35's. Any pictures or suggestions are welcomed

I think it would look off. My truck has a 3" Fabtech lift and 35s.

What you can do is take a jack and jack up your jeep 3 inches and that would give you a rough idea of what it would look like. Sounds stupid but that's what I did before I installed the 2" aev kit.

I know it would but just put the tires on about 2weeks ago so I can't justify new tires at this time. But can with the lift.

I have the spacer kit. I actually removed it because I didn't end up getting larger tires. I have the willys 32 mud terrains and it didn't look bad but didn't look great either. I've since dropped it down with the teraflex leveling kit. The picture below has the aev with stock 32s.

Maybe I can help you justify new tires? Sell your tires and put that money towards 35s. ?

Here's mine with 35s with a Clayton 2.5" lift:

Clayton 3.5” springs on a heavy diesel + camper with the stock Rubicon 33s, in the brief period between putting the lift on and putting 37s on…

to be more exact this is +2.5” rear, +4.5” front, over stock. The front is a little excessive but the back looks fine. An actual +3” front and rear will be fine enough to run thru a set of tires.

Thanks for the pic. Gives me an idea on how it would look for a while intill I burn through my tires. I would love the clayton 2.5 kit.

It’s not going to look right/proportional. I.e. The picture that @fourfa posted of their temporary setup that’s in the ballpark of what you’re looking to do.

The JT is an absolute land yacht. On 3” or so of lift, 37’s don’t even look THAT big.

I have an high altitude . I'm really torn right now new rims or find a lift. I don't need anything extreme. Thinking 2.5 to 3 inch max. It will mostly run the beach where I live.
