Is a spacer lift out of the question? Looks like your weighing your options and if you go with an inexpensive spacer lift, you could possibly do both depending on your budget. As another member said consider selling some of your stock parts to make the purchase not as painful.

It's not out of the question but not sure if I would want to run it for a long time. I've heard they aren't great for your suspension. Don't get me wrong I like the stock rims on my gladiator. They really don't look bad. I have already sold my stock tires. Didn't like them at all but I do like my nitto terra grappler g2's. They ride really good if you ask me. I do have money to spend just Don't want to empty the bank account

Understand. I've run spacers before on a few trucks and never had any long term issues. I've always had good luck with rough country (not sure if I want to speak that name with Jeepers), and they were always good for the price.

You know I have heard 50 50 on rough country. I'm sure what I would be doing it would be fine. I'm not going hard core wheeling. The jeep is my everyday driver. Got to do some more research here and finally figure out what I want and don't need

I have a high altitude with a 2.5” Clayton lift and 35’s. There is a lot of room in the wheel wells with 35’s and with 33’s it may make the wheels look small, especially with 20” wheels so there will be a little less tire profile.

I didn’t want to do a coil spacer suspension lift, but I did use spacers with the stock wheels. They’re 8” wide wheels so they work for pretty good for 12.50 wide tires.

Hi there everyone. I looked around on the forums but couldn't find my question. I'm looking at a jks 3" j kontrol lift. I currently have 33's on my stock 20" rims just bought the tires. So my real question is how would it look with the lift and 33's. I have a feeling they will look really small but don't want to buy another set of tires. Once these run out I would run 35's. Any pictures or suggestions are welcomed
I have a 3" on my Sport s and run 37's ran 35's for a year or so but they looked small on my Jtr I ran 3"lift and 37's my son has exact same Jt (identical the vin is literally 1 digit off we ordered them at same time) he just switched to 40's on 3" lift get tight in a few spots but looks great. We have diesels so no lack of power still able to roll down the highway at 80 even with the Wyoming winds ???

Mine is the 3.6 gas model. I'm thinking I'll pull the trigger on the lift I found and just run the 33's for now. Got a good price for a JKS j-kontrol kit with bilstein 5100 shocks included for a little over $1300.

It might not apply if you already found a sale on the JKS lift, but OnX Offroad Elite members get a 15% discount on JKS and some other brands like Method Racing, Yukon, Barns, Fox, Warn, etc. $99 for the membership, but if you're looking at multiple mods, probably worth it. I'm not affiliated except they're a local business to me and I'm friends with many of the devs. Great app for adventuring too.
