Did you buy your Gladiator new or used? For my disconnects I had to cut the bracket in order for them to fit. If you bought it used I would assume the previous owner did the same thing.Rock Krawler support thought this is why the passenger side Gen 2 disconnect loosened and fell off.

The only Jeep lifted at the factory is the new 2024 AEV Wrangler. It appears the dealer installed a lift and cut off your sway bar link mount.

Generally when people say "factory" they mean as built by Jeep in Toledo Ohio.
RMT is an outfitter/conversion company. That missing or cut bracket lies within whatever their process is and is not a detriment to how Jeep built it originally.
