Rock Krawler support thought this is why the passenger side Gen 2 disconnect loosened and fell off.

Did you buy your Gladiator new or used? For my disconnects I had to cut the bracket in order for them to fit. If you bought it used I would assume the previous owner did the same thing.

Bought new but it was upfitted from the factory. What disconnects did you go for? Why didn't they fit?

Bought new but it was uplifted from the factory. What disconnects did you go for? Why didn't they fit?
I have the JKS QD's. The lower knuckle is too wide. They are holding up nicely.

Seems like a Dealership job, because I’ve that cut to install JKS sway Bar quick disconnect.

The only Jeep lifted at the factory is the new 2024 AEV Wrangler. It appears the dealer installed a lift and cut off your sway bar link mount.
Fox Suspension owns RMT that had a deal where they upfitted rigs.

Generally when people say "factory" they mean as built by Jeep in Toledo Ohio.

RMT is an outfitter/conversion company. That missing or cut bracket lies within whatever their process is and is not a detriment to how Jeep built it originally.
