The Mopar unit appears to match your requirements. It attaches to the bottom front edge of the hood with screws. It has a slope that should deflect upward, and is a darker color. It also has the little bumpers to keep it set away from the hood.
1st "mod" I did. 3 years later still rocking it. Though I'll add use super glue for the Bumpons.

I had it on my 2020, then removed it from that and put it on the 2022 when I traded. Simple move, unscrew, remove clips, move to new truck, reattach, done.

I have a question on these ? On the bottom of the bug deflector where it closes against the Grille does it leave scuff marks on the painted grille. Some in the pics look very close ? Also I’ve installed many over the years and have seen this Before. I guess clear bra plastic could always be installed between. I always keep a roll handy for such things. Thank You

It comes with a clear film for that area. Since I transferred mine to the new JT, I bought another roll on Amazon and made my own.
You are right in your thinking.

Since the plastic/acrylic is only wrapped under in 3 places, the clear isn't a single continuous piece. You can see the left piece in this, I think

Does anyone make a bug deflector and window visor/rain guard matching set? It's hard to believe that there are so many different products out there. What I really need is a deflector that will work on small rocks. Our vehicle is only about 5 months old and it already has 2 small cracks (thanks to all these dump trucks using our main local highway). Our windshield seems to be some kind of rock magnet.

ALL Wranglers and Gladiators are rock magnets. This has been covered ad nauseum all over the place here.
Nothing can deflect an object like a rock that has mass. Even heavy bugs can't possibly be deflected. Rocks are dense objects, thus not prone to being directed by air currents. It's just not possible, not going to happen.

Look into the windshield films if really concerned.

Blame the laws of physics and your geometry teacher for the cracks in Wrangler and Gladiator windshields.

Love my bug deflector, x2 on reinforcing the rubber bumpers (Used 3M tape)! Surprised how well it actually works, being the vehicle is brick shaped?.
