I have a 2022 jeep gladiator Mojave… The seats are leather and the dash and doors are also stitched but they feel more like a soft vinyl possibly. What do you guys recommend to just wipe off smudges from time to time are there some moist towelettes or something that work well and are safe to use that I can keep handy?

Aero 303 makes wipes. Come in a dispenser like lysol.

The manual states…
Next, you will be correcting everyone's grammar... lol

For simplicity, Walmart has several leather products. I use a cleaner/conditioner/UV protectant combo from meguiars. I have always received good results from using meguiars products over the years.

Meguiar’s Ultimate Leather Detailer https://www.walmart.com/ip/434703631

BUT... if interested...
Here is what the manual says.

I tried leather conditioner, and boy was I sorry. Just created an oily residue. I thought this would eventually be "absorbed" into the leather. Turns out (as I did some digging online) that leather in cars (unless you are buying truely high end vehicles) is real leather...but they coat it with some sort of protective plastic-like film. So, nothing is going to soak in. Thats why we get the damp cloth guidance. I guess it has been a long time since I had "rich corinthian leather" ?

I use a wet towel but sometimes use a very small dab of soft soap, just enough to remove any body oils, etc, if necessary. Usually a soft cloth and water does a good job. Many times what is sold as or described as leather interior isn't. Most of the manufacturers have switched to synthetic leather now but still call it "leather". It's really "leatherish".
