Punk’n Color Returns For 2023 Jeep Gladiator

Dang it, if I would have known I'd have passed on my '22 and waited for a Punk'n 2023 to match my screen name!!!

Oh well, I like my '22 Hydro Blue just fine with the orange accents, and frankly if I had money to trade in my '22 for a '23 in that color in this current vehicle market I'd just as soon have my '22 refinished to look like an actual pumpkin (vertical lines down the body, roll cage and wheels a deep green, etc). ?

Now, if Gecko ever comes back I'll need to have a very serious conversation with myself about a trade-in...

I'd trade my Sarge for Punkin in a second. I'm pretty unhappy with how soft the Sarge seems to be. Shows absolutely everything and everything leaves a permanent mark on it. And I live a few miles down a muddy or dusty road.

Like so many others I like the Punk'n color, first new jeep wrangler that I test drove was orange/nacho, but I'll stick with my Firecracker Red.

For about two weeks now I was incorrectly convinced by a poorly written Edmunds headline that Bikini was coming to the Gladiator and have been walking on air. (Copy paste: “Bikini Blue and Punk'n Orange Join the Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Color Roster”). I just learned that’s not what they meant, and now I’m in mourning and don’t want to get up- nooooo!

Need a pickup bed, the Wrangler won’t work, and wanted a happy color. Hydro blue is a distant second to teal/bikini for me (“beauty is in the eye of the beholder”), I’m not an orange guy, red looks like an off duty firefighter’s, and the rest are all plain/fake army look. Booo

I know I'm really late to this posting, but last time Punk'n was around, it was free. As were all colors. Now what is the "standard" color you get free? White? Black? There has to be at least one color that is free.

For once it seems I lucked out, right time, right place. Order for my Punk’n Mojave went in last Tuesday! Was looking used, particularly at a couple Nacho Mojave’s though I really wanted Punk’n. Then to my fortune they Punk’n made a return and was matched up with Employee Pricing, though that was offset by some price hikes, so not really a great deal all in all, other than being able to get exactly what I wanted. Really looking forward to joining the club, first Jeep for me!

They should have kept the 4 launch colors free. Sucks you have to pay for anything other than just the one "standard" color, and why is it white? Never understood it on Harleys either. Bunch of blood suckers.
