So my wife is really into Halloween decorations ( even more so than Christmas decorations ). I’ve seen some jeeps out in the wild, with skeletons, fish skeletons, Christmas wreaths, Christmas lights, and more.

I’ve seen some folks that used painters tape to put lights on the glass, and I thought about using those big rubberized twisty ties to attach a wreath to the grill, but then how do folks do that, without getting the grill scratched from the bumps/wind?

Bonus points for including pictures of your decorations on your Jeep.

Oh - and just b/c of the power outlet in the gladiator, I would love to have a lit-pumpkin, lit-tree, lit-wreath, or anything along those lines. If you have photos of that kind of stuff, please share pics of your mounting/attachments.

Scratches are love marks. I've got worse scratches from branches.

I did this last December. I didn't take pictures of how I secured it, but I tied the stand to the 4 corners with paracord and then 2 more support cords from midway up the tree to the front lower attachments points of the bed. It stayed secure all month through rain and snow and with speeds up to 80.

Omg!!! That is absolutely fantastic! I would love to do something like that, bigger if I can, with maybe a lit duck on top. Can you send a pic of the stand?

I put a wreath on my grill and use this to protect the paint. It stays on until you want it off, then it comes off very easily, in one piece, and without leaving any residue.

The stand is just what came with the tree, so nothing fancy. The paracord thats wrapped around the legs unwraps and secures to the lower tie down points in the bed. There are 2 more cords that are halfway up the tree right above where the 2 parts of the tree attach. These help with the tree not bending too far back and to have a backup if the tree comes apart. I also added a second set of lights to make it brighter. Anything taller and the tree would take a wind beating and probably fall apart
