Rocker and lifter replacement.

My engine started to sound like a jack-hammer.
Intake rockers were good,intake lifters bad.
Exhaust rockers were good i did replace some of them for a little bit of wear,exhaust lifters were bad. Replaced all lifters. Some of them were so bad i could not push them down by hand.
I'm at 51,869 miles.

When you say lifters - are you meaning lash adjusters? There's no lifters in these -
cam, follower/rocker, lash adjuster.

if you can't push a lash adjuster down, it's locked. They aren't supposed to push down easy, but not be locked either.

All from my middle knuckle. I cauterized the cut. Small cut to bleed out like that. Can't feel that part of my hand so I didn't know I was bleeding.
Yes, I was using assembly lube but, not that much.

I noticed on startup oil pressure 39psi.
But,at idle 30 psi. Never goes higher than 31 psi while driving.
Is there an oil pressure regulator?

Yeah. Hit 3,000 RPM and it should get to 70+
30 is pretty normal for under 3,000 RPM. You don't need pressure, just volume and these are high volume pumps. Pressure wastes HP.
It's a dual displacement, two stage pump.

i recall old-school thinking as being 10 psi for every 1,000 RPM so Jeep has it about right.
