Bubbling paint repair approval time

For those who've had their paint repaired because of the bubbling, how long did it take for Jeep to approve the repair? I took mine in on Sept 25th and the repair still hasn't been approved. @JeepCares​

My dealer did both JLs with bubbling paint immediately. One had bubbling on a door’s edge and the other had it in a few areas on the hood. The JL with the hood issue is being picked up today. I just called them, said it needed to be fixed, dropped it off and let them do their thing.

Mine approved a new hood within a few minutes after I showed them the bubble on the front edge.

I took mine to the dealership body shop who took pictures and sent them off to the service department. I was told the service department would have to have Jeep approve the repairs. It's been 2 1/2 months since I first took it in.

I’d go straight to the service department, tell them you’re dropping off the Jeep to get the corrosion repaired, ask them to get it done in a week and get a ride home. Let them handle it all.

I think somebody has dropped the ball at your dealership and left you hanging.

Three months and counting waiting for approval. This Feels like a dealership who simply doesn’t want to do the work, heading to another dealer today. I’m also going to rain down on the dealership via Jeep, we’ll see if anyone gives a dam. (Not holding my breath on this part)

Just got mine back last week - took 5 weeks to paint the door hinges and the hood. WTF I use to do all over paint jobs in a day.
Check your torque heads they did not dab paint into them. Now rusting great job third party body shop.

You just reminded me that I need to check on mine. I drove 4 hours round trip to Troncalli Jeep for photos in early Sept. I just called and they have no record of me coming in or them taking photos even though the guy stood outside with my wife and I for half an hour telling us about how big of an issue it was with the Gladiators. ??‍
