Hello Forum,
I’m on my second gladiator, the first being a sport to which I added a 4 inch teraflex lift and it started making a creaking noise after about 12k miles of hard offroad. Now I have a 23 rubicon with the new mopar lift and about 2k miles into the lift and no off-roading it developed the same extremely annoying creaking sound that takes place when I step on the gas or brake, basically when the front end bounces. I am about to loose it over this noise and I would greatly appreciate it if anybody could help me determine what is causing it. I am a service advisor at a CDJR dealer where they installed the mopar lift byt they haven’t been able to find out where it’s coming from (surprise) …. Please help ???

Have you inspected all your control arm bushings for wear, springs for cracks, and shock bushings?

The tech that installed the lift probably torqued everything while the axles where hanging instead of under weight. I would loosen everything, bounce it and retorque.

Mine developed it after 2 years or so. Basically anytime the front end articulated (coming out of driveway and turning left or right or backing up into driveway etc).

The dealership did mine as well. They had it for a day or so and then ended up putting chassis ears on various suspension components and found all the ball joints were not at torque anymore and a loose skid plate. Put on 12K miles since and no issues

95% of the time I've experienced this, culprit has been track bar bolts. With the Jeep on the ground, loosen and retorque the frame side and axle side bolts. I've always taken them to 110 lb-ft and believe they are 21MM bolts.
