Hey everyone, I have a rattle \grind noise in my rear when I shift into drive and accelerate. Doesn't happen all the time but I was just able to reproduce it. If anyone has any ideas, I'd owe you a beer.

I've been under it multiple times, everything seems tight, no heat shields rattling, secured the emergency brake lines, etc.

Really hard to tell. It sounds metallic, and probably not the infamous Mojave shock squeak, but it's worth checking those by simply pushing down on the rear bumper while it's parked.

Check to be sure that your spare tire is snug.
Check the metal shield around it as well.
Check your rear sway bar links where they're bolted to the frame.

Thanks for the advice, dropped and retorqued the spare, heatshield was solid. Sway bar links were torqued to spec as well. Jumped on the bumper, no joy.

I've removed everything from the cab just to be through as well.

None of your business.
I don’t see why that would be rattling either. Was something lying on it that you since moved? That the shiny spot that almost looks like it’s been welded on recently?
