tomorrow I’ll install the plug behind the bumper
I still need to drill and paint the bracket.

hello did you wire it in to charge both batteries? if so how? pics? did the bare metal bracket in your left hand come with it? i didn't see it on the noco site.

The battery positive goes on the main connector

I connected the ground to one of the fender ground posts to keep it tucked out of the way

That other component is the power cut off solenoid for my winch. It’s still just wedged into the space there until I figure the best way to make a bracket. I’m thinking I’ll make a small platform for that and my wiring blocks that I want to put in to consolidate all my wiring to one clean panel.

Yesterday the UPS woman brought me two MOPAR Lower Control Arms that are part of the MOPAR two inch lift kit - thanks Benny at forum sponsor AllMoparParts.com . I did these on my 2018 JLUR and they improved steering and caster noticeably. I put them on today.

On the JLUR I torqued everything to 190 ft/lbs. This time I decided that instead of the 190 ft/lb torque, I decided to try the torque to angle 103 ft/lb + 145 degrees. I torqued everything to 103 ft/lbs, then marked off 145 degrees. The bolts are 6 sided, so each side is 60 degrees. I used my DeWalt DCF899H to snug them up, but it would not turn them past 110 degrees or so and did not get to my marks. The same for all 4 bolts. I put the 36" breaker bar on them to see if I could move them anymore but no go. So not sure where I am at on the torque but I am probably close to 190 and perhaps even more. I marked bolts and nuts to recheck them in about a month to see if anything moved.

Hardest part of the job was getting the old bolts out after I loosened them. The other gotcha was that one set of holes did not line up. I tried a ratchet strap but no go. So I jacked up the wheel and slid the bolt through when things lined up, then dropped it down so the full weight was on the tires.

Measuring that flat spot on the front differential my angle tool, before showed 4 1/2, after showed 1 degree. I will have to take it to an alignment shop to find out true caster but I suspect it is closer to 6 than before.

These two HF ICON tools, 24 inch swivel head torque wrench, and 36 inch 3/4 drive breaker bar came in very handy.

A few other additions over the last month. MOPAR Performance Rock Rails. I am kind of disappointed in them, I thought they would be as wide as the ones on my JLUR.

And I added a Sheridan skid cover for the trailer hitch. All steel, solid quality piece. It will cost me some departure angle if I ever do any rock hopping - doubtful here in muddy florida. EDIT, it is black, I guess the light and angle make it look blue.

That is one clean engine bay... Have you been using the Hybrid for awhile? Been thinking I might try something other than Nu Finish. How long does it last for you?

I installed some SS3 Max lights and a SimpleAux (Lights & Marker\Backlight). I will need to get a night shot soon to share. Here are a few shots... There is one with e cowl off that is wired for something anyone know what? It is only on the drivers side.
