Today I installed the Metal cloak rear sway bar reinforcement plates.
They come in a Gold Zinc finish for corrosion protection but since I like my undercarriage hardware black I painted mine.
I did, however, put them on finger tight to take a picture with their signature finish.

then it was off to my makeshift paint booth.

Once they dried I put them back on and torqued them to spec.

I installed a Noco Genius 2d today.

Here’s a view from the side before putting the air box back in to show the bracket I made.

tomorrow I’ll install the plug behind the bumper
I still need to drill and paint the bracket.

I finished the install today by finishing up the plug bracket.

The best fit I could find was on the bumper reinforcement bracket. I gave the connection a good mummy wrap of electrical tape and tucked it up under the fender well and zip tied it into place. I’ll keep an eye on this location to make sure everything stays protected and move it if I need to.

Here is the plug I have no idea what it is for.

Hook up for the windshield defroster element for those with the Advance Safety Package and the Adaptive Cruise Control.

All Gladiators are wired for it with that dead end plug under the cowl.

I cut my tailgate in half! And put a box in it. Now I have a (tiny) bit more storage.

I was not aware such a product existed ? Now I want to cut a hole in my tailgate.
