Bent my front axle recently and discovered there was a 5 1/2 week backorder on mopar axles. Shop i go to had a Teraflex Tera30 axle in-stock and with the deal he gave me ended up with a eaton elocker as well. Hope i don't regret it in the future, but this axle is heavy duty...

Did you post any photos of the process or completion? Would be nice to find a diesel extended tank.
100%! I've been looking for an auxiliary tank for the diesel... would love one. May just end up getting one custom fabricated. Building my 21 JT Rubicon into an overlander, and I want to maximize the space in the bed, and don't want to stick jerry cans all over the side of the vehicle.

Rebuilt (new bushings and steel sleeves) and lengthened the front swaybar links to compensate for the new springs that went on recently. Also lengthened the front LCAs 1/4” for the same reason. It drives fine and the wheel self centers fine. While I was at it, repainted the frame side LCA skids. They’ve been raked over the coals.

Wait, you have disconnects for your rubicon?
I’m too lazy to look those up right now, those look like bushings but they are greaseable?

Installed the Oracle Tail lights. Passenger side was an EZ install. Driver side harness was a bitch to disconnect and then the Oracle connector did not want to go onto the harness connector. I tried a little dielectric grease and still could not get it to go on. Cleaned off the grease, gave it a break, came back and gave the connectors a couple of good shoves, still no click. Finally got it, have a feeling I will never be able to disconnect that side if I ever have the need. No idea what was different between the two sides. So far they work as designed and I am happy with the look. One negative - They don't seem to mate up with the side body panels as tightly as the OEM tail lights.

It’s my understanding the 392 wheels have the same offset as the rubicon wheels. If you don’t mind:

What lift is that?

What size tires?

Any spacers?

Thx ?

They are greaseable. I’ve never disconnected them for trails, but could if the electric motor had a problem. They came with the original lift parts, so why not. The bushings were shot though. Lots of abuse.

Edit: But I love the quick disconnect for maintenance.

I changed out the diff fluid with my front Rancho cover and rear ARB cover. As usual, I took 5 times longer than it should.

As everyone says my front looked new and my rear looked like used motor oil. I didn’t see much metal in either one, thankfully. However, all the dirt caked in between the cover and gasket fell into the diff when I opened them up, and had to clean all that out. I think any of the fragments I saw inside the front diff was actually either little paint/metal/loctite from the bolts on the Rancho cover.

I accidentally filled to the bottom of the big “fill” hole instead of the smaller “level” hole. So I had to drain about a quart out through the lower hole.?‍♂
In the rear I have an ARB diff cover… which I thought looked cool because I could “check” the fluid with the magnetic dipstick. I haven’t done that on 30,000 miles.?
Sooo, the magnetic plugs had a little bit of fine metallic sludge on them, but no big chunks. Gears looked good.
HOWEVER, the magnetic bottom plug broke and was stuck on the bottom of the diff cover. My picture shows the broken plug and where it was stuck.

I don’t now how that didn’t get caught in the gears and blow up my diff.
Question is, did it somehow break in use (how?) or maybe when I installed the diff cover?

Heads up on these diff covers.
