....that you can set the incline of your tailgate for reducing the chances of stuff falling out by attaching the cables to the hooks on the side? Comes in pretty handy.

Yep, my manual is in its wrapper also. I do refer to my downloaded copy fairly often. Good info about features such as offroad+ etc. As for plywood, I have a Ram and a utility trailer. . .

More great information as I haven't read the manual. Manual, we don't need no stinking manual.

Oh, I have it and I'll take a look at it sometime in the near future, maybe.

Whenever I get a new vehicle I end up sitting in the driveway with the owner's manual and I read through every feature of the vehicle. I genuinely don't understand the people who don't, you just bought this very expensive, complex, and pretty cool machine and you aren't going to go geek out about all the features? I just don't understand that.
Sure, you can probably start it and drive it around just fine without reading the manual, but it reminds me of the guy with the Frontier who had his vehicle for about 4 years and was blown away by the second glove box he never knew he had. He was the "real men don't read manuals/instructions" kind of guy (and said so that very day), but he ended up looking like kind of a noob when he didn't know about something as basic as how his glove box works.
