Outstanding. How did it do on fins? I guess it’s only 8:20, so maybe a bit early to know. Have a great time. Very fun trail.
Did great. Would have been a little miserable without it. Or at least I would have had to take bypasses or easier lines. But I took on the tough ones. Another JT had no lift but 35s and scraped a tad more than me so that was a good sign in my book.

A friend of mine did it together for the first time in 2022. His was a bone stock Willy’s. We needed to find a few lines, but he didn’t need to bypass anything. Super fun trail to show you what these things are capable of.

Very nice work getting it rolling. I’m not surprised you didn’t hurt the axle or housing. Those are way stronger parts than the caliper or wheel. I’m guessing you’ll replace those small parts and it will be as good as new. Can I ask why you drained the diff oil?
Parking brake/shield mounts between axle flange and axle shaft.
I hated having to drain it again a week after I changed it but it let me inspect diff gears.

HI,

I went with the XL front & rear. I have 0 offset wheels and 35" K02s and wanted sufficient coverage.
Yeah I thought the width was XL on both but that the length was long on the front and regular on the rear.

I've jacked just the side I was working on up, this allowed me to not have to drain the differential oil.
