Jeep App Not Showing New Jeep

I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator and the Jeep will not show up in the Jeep app on my iPhone. I have called SiriusXM 5 times now trying to resolve the issue with the following steps but no luck. Has anyone or @JeepCares had a similar issue and able to resolve?

1. Delete/restore account.
2. Setup account with password, pin and security question.
3. Reset password
4. Delete/reintsall app on phone.
5. Initiating remote commands from mopar.com site that works just fine.
6. Initiated an SOS call from the Jeep with no issues.

I just dealt with this on my Gladiator when I bought it... it took nearly 2 months for it to be fixed. They put in a ticket on the backend, and it magically showed up in my app probably 1.5 months later.

Ugh..that's horrible...thinking about just canceling the trial now as the reviews of the service are not positive.

It's a waste of money in my opinion. The anti-theft service is an absolute joke.

thats weird. My app I just add vin and do some verification stuff and it connects right up.

It was used, only 3k miles, and I'm beginning to wonder if that's the issue. Maybe the previous owner's account is still tied to the vehicle somehow. However, if that's the case that I wouldn't think I would be able to use the service from the Mopar website.

yeah if its second hand and the dealer didn't reset it thats your problem. My rubicon was second hand and the first thing i did was take it to a Jeep dealer and have it reset. My Mojave I bought new and it has to be setup and activated by the dealer.

If it works from the Mopar website, it should work from the phone app. Just login with the username and password for website access. My new truck showed up in the app before I left the dealer, and I didn't have to do anything to add it. I did have to call SiriusXM Guardian and cancel the subscription on the old truck to get it to stop showing in the phone app.

Very disappointed with the app. My Mojave shows up but so does the JKUR that I traded in even though I deleted it from the Mopar site. It’s painfully slow. I decided to try one of the features so I picked the Horn. Took forever to activate and then to shut off. I’m not going to renew.
