Dana recommends 75w140 in all axles, so that's what I would go with, no matter what brand of gear oil you use.

Amsoil is outstanding, but expensive. It comes in very easy to use bags. I use Valvoline full synthetic because it also comes in similar bags to Amsoil but is much less expensive. My local Walmart stocks it.

Really any synthetic fluid that meets the required spec API GL5. Even Walmart Supertech full synthetic is good stuff.

I do mine every 25,000 to 35,000 miles because it is easy. Some front differentials do not have the drain plug, so those are a big more of a mess, but the front doesn't really need changed as often. My JT had 35k on it when I bought it and neither end had been changed. The rear gear oil still looked good and the front looked new.

Fill it until it starts to drip out of the fill hole.

I hope this helps!

I will have to look. I can't remember, but I think 2 quarts per axle will get you there. I'll look back at my notes in my maintenance record to see. Certainly 5 quarts would be more than enough. Then just save the leftover for the next change.

Your dealership is probably spot on. It could go longer than 30k, but I think that's a good number, especially if you are towing much.

I'll post up when I find it.

Looks like @JT1 is right, according to my notes. 3 quarts ought to do it.

If you have the Trac-Lok limited slip rear end, do not forget the friction modifier additive.

They phased out the drain plugs front and rear starting in the middle of the 2021 model year.

You have to remove the cover to drain it.
