Goodyear Ultraterrain.

Been running them for abut 45k miles now and they have stayed quiet since new.

It's a Discount Tire exclusive. I'll probably get another 30-40k miles out of them.

I had some Cooper AT3 that were the quietest/smoothest tire I've ever had.

Quiet and smooth. Good in snow and rain.
I only do light off road so they are good for me.

Mickey Thomson Baja Boss AT’s are VERY quiet and excellent in wet weather with extra siping (tri peak rated as well). As a bonus the look is super aggressive, looks more like an MT. I came from 33” Pro Comp AT’s which would scream down the road compared to these 35’s. Only about 5k miles in so can’t speak to longevity of quietness but I’m pleased so far.

I have had several different A/T tires over the years that were very quiet and still off-road competent (full post link below). But, none have compared to the new R/T style Goodyear DuraTracs I am running now. Several other companies are making the new R/T or X/T as well. They are an absolute game-changer. Just as quiet as the all-season street tires that came in my Overland and no drop in MPG or towing feel with the P series.

General grabber atx, long wearing and quiet, nice smooth riding! Great looking sidewalls.

I had the Goodyear Ultraterrains in 35s and then switched to K02s in 37s both are quiet and fairly equal in sound in my opinion. Both quieter than the 35'" KM3s I had originially.

Kanati Trail Hogs. Quieter than the Falkens the JTR came with. Also, they resist hydroplaning. They are 3 peak snow rated and are studdable. So far, I'm happy with them.

Looking for the quietest smoothest riding all terrains out there. What your opinion?
They'll all become more noisy as they wear. The more aggressive the tread (the wider the lug gaps) the more noisy they will be.

The new KO3 has a tighter lug pattern, so that should translate to a more quiet tire than the KO2, which I didn't think was too bad.

I'm running Kenda Klever AT's on my JT and had a set on my JK and they are really quiet. But they are on the aggressive side of AT treads, so I expect the noise to grow as they wear.....but they will never be as noisy as a mud tire. I've got General Grabber X3's (mud) on my JL, and the contrast in noise is HUGE.

I'm sure the hive here will give some good reviews of other tires.

Oh, one more thing...the stock Wildpeak AT's were getting pretty noisy as they wore. I liked them, but thought they made more noise than the KO2 at the same tread depth, by a significant margin. But that is pretty subjective. I never used a decibel meter on them.

Pretty cool looking tread pattern! Bet they are great in snow and rain. I like the wide lugs on the sides and the rain grooves in the center. Lots of sipping, too.

Have you had them off-road?

I've heard most Goodyear owners say their tires excel in snow.

I haven't had them off road any more than dirt roads covered with deep snow.

They are excellent in the snow and on slick roads. They have the mountain snowflake rating.
