Headlights and fog lights are more than sufficient for me. And I don’t drive a patrol car, I love the effort though 👍🏻 not too many people out there get mad enough to look it up 😂
Look what up? It's right there under your picture. LEO life in Chino. So how often do you crawl the mall?

And who said i was mad? I did say it was a silly question.

Haven’t been to a mall in almost 20 years, but I did just get back from Moab, highly recommend it 👍🏻

Since you’re not from the area I’ll fill you in. Chino has calmed down a hair, but not too long ago was one of the deadliest prisons in California. I walk the line every day without guns, one of the toughest beats in the state 🫡

Ok, a couple things:
Moab, I'm sure Onion Creek really pushed your limits. That's a hell of a trail. Maybe Deadman Springs even.

Corrections.. Not LEO.. Got it. You have fun in there. While I admit I never liked playing around inside the cells, maybe try playing outside the walls where back up is 20 minutes away. Then we'll talk about tough beats. Also spent my fair share in SoCal. Thankfully, I was smart enough to leave.

But hey, you continue to make yourself friends by pissing on people's rigs when you've got no idea of the daily use.

I would leave the amber lights there, and move the two others up to the cowl, beside the ditch lights, but facing forward. There are a few mounts out there that can handle two lights for each side, it should be easy to do. It still gives you the two facing forward, but not crowded on the bull bar.

I used to have a pair of the 6" halogen dayliters up there but I find that I need ditch lights too.
For now, I've settled for two fogs up front with a single spot in the middle.

Yes, it's not the amount of lights, it's how they are used. I'm having Zero Declination install some rock lights for me and KP basically asked, "are they for show, or for go?"

I had no idea people installed rock lights for entertainment value. My wife and I were recently up in the Green River area and even with all the lights I have, I determined we need the rocklights too.

I have a couple of cheap tractor lights mounted front and rear under my XJ, isn't great but is better than nothing. Very cheap but not great

Still debating on the JT. Most of my off-roading is forestry roads so Ditch lights are mandatory, but rock lights are definitely a luxury I won't use often. I get out to Rausch Creek or AOAA in Eastern PA like once a year.

Yeah, good rock lights are a luxury. But I view them as extra insurance. If I screw up and hit something, the cost to rescue, and repair will be 5 times what I paid for the lights.

SO true, I like cheap insurance! One day I'll install some. I already have the switch wired in for them. Just dragging my feet on which lights. Do I want to go ultra cool guy and do the color changing LEDs with the light show? I do get dragged into the various jeep parades now and again, or do I want a cheap pair of tractor lights again? LOL

I went with Baja Design. Simple, but effective.
