so I am 5' 10" and about 265. I have a sport s seat, I can not get comfortable in this seat. I have tired the front seat jackers and they give me about 10 minutes of more of pain free, i have a dead pedal and it didn't help, I get about 30 minutes then my sciatic nerve starts hurting, I also tried the ergonomic pillows and regular pillows, they let me get longer on the road but still had pain. Anyone installed one of the corbeau wider seats in a gladiator and how did they fit and did they help with sciatic pain?
I am not worried about the air bags in the side of the seat, I have a 2024 which also has the side curtains air bags. I figure I can get some air bag testers to by pass them.

I can't help you with your Corbeau question, but the main reason I bought the Mojave was the seats. I am 5'11" and 230ish. I also have seat risers and a dead pedal, and I can drive all day and not feel it. Maybe finding some Mojave or even Rubicon seats used would help you out.

Could check out Scheel Man, I spoke with their rep at Overland Expo and there are a few JT owners that put their seats in. Sitting in them at the expo made a pretty clear impression that they were superior to the JT Mojave seats. They cost a lot though, but seem worth it.

The Mojave seats just have larger bolsters, which if youre like me and have hip pain, is actually worse. Fortunately I was able to resolve maybe 80% of that pain with intentional stretching and PT work. I have mild scoliosis so there really is no perfect seat for me, constant mindfulness and stretching is a must.

Ya def go test a Mojave with the leather seats. Massive difference in comfort.
