Do you have a parts list on what it takes to make this work?

I love the mounted to the side of the bed design. I do a lot of high speed offloading though. I imagine the bed and frame under it flexes a lot when I do. I just wonder if it'll hold or if I need to reinforce it more.

I'll try to remember:
1/8" NPT 12v Pressure Switch (I did 100PSI)
200A 4pin Relay
120A Resettable Fuse
6AWG wire from Battery
Anderson Connector so I can remove it if ever needed
Sheathing for the battery wires.

For the air, I think I went to ACE and just put together a 90º but I don't remember the sizes. There are resources online if you search for "Maxi Trac Mods" that might give you a more comprehensive list and instructions though.

Been through trails in Moab and lots of washboards and still solid. Just make sure to use loctite. I didn't at first and the bolts from brackets to compressor backed out, but since then no issues.

CO2 is nice for sure. Very quick to fill tires. It got really expensive out here in Cali however.

Nice! You going to run power the same too? I like the rivnuts - just didn’t have them myself. I use mine all the time for lots of things.

Planning something similar now. You used 6awg wiring ? Mine compressor shows 90amps draw so was considering 2awg, pretty sure all these are made by the same Chinese manufacturer so should pull similar amperage.

Best thing you can do is find some cheap 4awg jumper cables off Amazon and cut the ends off. That gives you 25 feet of positive and negative back to the battery. I personally used Anderson connectors in the bed so I can unplug it if need be.
