Got some new chicken diggers installed today. I had a bit of fun having to call the dealer for my born on date, 6/2/21 btw, in order to get the correct tpms sensors. The change happens after 6/7/21 in case anyone didn't already know that

Also, pro tip, buy the extension cable when you go with the JScan mobile app rout to adjust tire size/speedo. You don't want to have to go in there and unplug that harness over once lol, ask me how I know. It worked great btw. Highly recommend it with the bypass pigtail and Bluetooth OBD reader.

Same can be said for users of the Tazer.

Just a FYI, if you ever have to take it in to the dealership for service or software updates, will need to remove the extension cable and plug the cables back into the SGW. Dealership scan tools need to see the SGW to communicate for higher level functions.

You only need to remove the bypass - extension cables can stay in place. Mine have been there since I first got the truck home in 2022.

Looks great! Kudos on getting that cable in. I gave up-- just could not figure out how to get my hand up there.

Before I installed the bypass cable I read many comments on here and was sure I would have a heck of a time finding and unplugging the harness. I think I may be the only person in the world that found it super easy to do. I had the cable installed in less than 1 minute and without any injuries. Took me longer to open the door, get under the dash and find the connectors. I think the plugs were easy to remove because the previous owner had done it before me. Or I have small hands.
