Good idea (maybe if they are light enough). Out of the way of the camera, no glare from the hood, nice spread.

I made some simple L brackets that were attached to the bolt on the side of the frame for the front bumper. Cut a slot in the trim piece for them to pass through.

I have since switched to a steel bumper and just drilled holes to mount the lights.

Thanks for info. How do you like quality? Reviews are mixed.
I had no issues with them. You do have to drill a few holes and put in some rivnuts, but they are very solid. I cut some small holes in the plastic cover plate and put it back on. It left just the two mounting tabs sticking up at the back of the bumper and looked pretty decent.
