I’m Brittany, the new Brand Engagement & Product Experience Specialist here at ORACLE Lighting, and I couldn’t be more excited to be officially connecting with this awesome community!


I’ve been part of the ORACLE family for over 5 years now—some of you might remember me as the one and only customer service agent back in the day (so if we’ve chatted before... hey again!). Since then, I’ve grown right along with the company, and I’m beyond proud to step into this new role where I get to take all that hands-on experience and use it to make your experience with our brand even better.


What does that mean? Well, I’ll be hanging out here on the forums, chatting on social, highlighting your amazing builds, gathering feedback, and making sure your voice gets heard by our team. Any Chance of the Flush Mount rear tailights, and racetrack using Amber turn signals.

How about you all focus on making taillights that don’t go out every 10-13mo ths

We totally get where you’re coming from. There were definitely some bumps early on with the original production run of our flush-mounted tail lights, and customer feedback really helped us dial things in. Since then, we’ve made several updates to the design and manufacturing process to address those concerns. All current batches are much more consistent fitment and functionality right out of the box. We’ve also tightened up our quality control to make sure every set goes out meeting the new standards. We’re proud of how far the product has come, and we’d be happy to support you if you have any other questions or concerns- just send me a PM!

Just had to pile on to this thread. Have 2 gladiators and both 3rd brake lights have failed. Seriously ridiculous. Thanks for the pointer to the Dorman option - ordered 2.
