Ahh, I'm not sure why anyone would want to swap out an Overland "suspension" for a Rubicon "suspension". I think the amount of lift you would get is miniscule, and the only real benefit would be the shocks. Even those are marginal, and unless someone gave you the takeoff Rubicon suspension for free, not really worth all the work, IMHO.

It DEPENDS on the Rubicon and on the Overland. Some have gotten .75" while others have gotten 1.25"
There are at least 3 Rubicon spring rates Jeep has used under the JT, and the Overland is similar -
So a light overland using springs from a heavy Rubicon will get more lift, a heavy Overland using light Rubicon springs a lower lift.
I used Rubicon front springs under my 2020 Overland - got 7/8" lift but then I used the lighter Rubicon springs and my Overland was fully loaded.
In short- yes, no, it depends. Choose one.

Then WHICH stock Rubicon suspension? There are several spring rates, depending on the Rubicon.
I know of at least 3 different front spring numbers.
