Isn't the black one the overland model not sport? It has the silver trim and overland wheels.

The silver one is wearing color matched flares and top. I wasn’t sure they were going to be available on the Sport. Hopefully they will be on production models.
I can't decide if i like that look, or the black fenders with black top look.

My whole life i've disliked the 2 tone look, but something about black fenders and black top make me think its more "tough looking", or badass.

Billet Silver Gladiator has color matched top and flares like an Overland but all the other outward signs of a Sport S (wheel style, Sport grill). Not trying to read too much into it as it is likely leftovers from the bagged test mules we were seeing, but it would be a welcomed change if they offered the color matching option on the Sport S model.

Won’t happen. Gotta pay to play for the extras consumers will want. Even as an option they would take away sales from the premium packages.

Nice to see some with some grime. I work in a dirt factory, it's how mine will look most of the time!

Except...Max Tow is only available on the Sport S, so the Only model that can actually tow 7650# is the Sport S.

Tossing appearance items into the option mix that don't require any real integration or validation won't hurt a thing- there's about 3 grand between the Sport S and Sahara. They could force you to buy the tech group and nicer wheels for 2 grand.

Color matching hard top/fender flares for the Sport S --- say a $1,495 option for both would be a welcomed option
