I remember seeing a stat years ago that Chevy trucks were the most likely to get drunk driving tickets, but every make and model has it's idiots.

Has anyone here experience hostility from drivers who own other makes of Trucks and SUVs? This could just be a thing here in my state, but I've noticed in both my JKU and now my JT there has been a lot more cutting-off, tailing and hostility. The funny thing is, when I drive my daughter's KIA or my son's Corolla I get nothing, but the moment I drive my JT there's always a chance of someone cutting me off or driving very aggessive, and I hate to say it but majority of the time its either a Tacoma or 4Runner. My other son experiences the same thing when he drives his JL, and last time I was at the Jeep dealership talking to the techs and sales people, they all experience the same thing as well!

Hawaii seems like a magnet for crazy drivers, this dude came all the way from California just to cause havoc on the roads:

That guy was trying to become a road smear in first video. Stop the threat with least amount of force, that would be under your right foot. In some situations it could be someone "fishing for a lawsuit" or just flat out crazy. Your choice on what the outcome your family and your safety.

From my experience I have seen several dirt bags and road raging people. Many times it is by people who are driving certain brands of vehicles. Talking with some people I have been able to guess what brand of vehicle many actually owned and drive even. Certain personality are drawn to some things, in Alabama you can see this often with what college people rooting for it seems. Something I watch out for driving is the driver's with their idiot signal on AKA gas door open and at times the cap banging around.
In a different thread on this I described a "road raging" driver that was in front of me. She was in a total rage and driving very reckless almost causing several crashes with oncoming traffic even. At first the driver of a vehicle behind me was starting to get p.o. at me until he was able to observe the vehicle in front of me. I feel for whoever had to interact with her.

I wasn't going to say that one followed by a few others. I've made a substantial number of DUI Arrest over the years. Since the ice is cracked, Nissan (DUI's) and Honda's are up there on certain violations too. A few of my DUI Arrest were Jeep drivers not as many.

I don't know why people think they can drive while under the influence, if you can't walk you can't drive - its that simple

Even though I saw the claims on here that Wrangler drivers aren't hostile, I was not shocked to learn that some of the most hostile members of this site also have Wranglers!

I've been snubbed with my XJ's, Comanche and my TJ Unlimited because not a CJ, YJ, JK ect. Heck I still wave at about every Jeep anyhow.... Unless it's Carolina squatted or slammed.

I can reconfirm my earlier statement that bunched up some panties in here before: People want to race my Challenger.

Been driving only the Jeep to work for a couple of months. Forced to take a different route due to construction, so I'm cruising with people who have not seen the Challenger.
In the Jeep at 75 mph most of them just fall in line and cruise behind me. Those that pass do so calmly. In the Challenger at 83 mph people are passing with engines screaming. Even the Chevy truck that normally cruises on my bumper most of the way stomped on it to get in front of me, only to go the same speed.

Then I saw the guy I call DoucheStang, confirming what I had seen. When I'm in the Jeep he drives like a normal human. When he sees the Challenger he downshifts two gears and drives by at red line. (We're always going opposite directions.

I swear that a large number of guys see the hood scoop as a challenge to their manhood, which is funnier because my wife drives it more than I do.

I used to have about an hour drive to work and consistently ran into this this D'bag on the way on the interstate, expensive high collar shirt, greasy hair, stupid big watch, driving the 4 door Maserati grocery getter. He'd drive like (you'd expect), then I'd go and pass him again in my '14 Cherokee and my '22 JTRD. This went on for a couple years, you could see the vein in his forehead about to pop......it was a good laugh to start the day with.

When I'm in the Challenger I call those slug races. When the one pulls out to pass but the other doesn't want to be passed by "that" car so they step on it, and I'm just waiting for them to stop blocking traffic so I can get moving again.
