Yeah I have been in Western Colorado and 110 and was like this ain't to shabby ..
Then in Florida near the beach 95 with 90%+ humidity and thought this is too hot . Its no place for a thick blooded person. People with thin blood do okay there.😂
If it's going to be humid, I'll take tropical beaches where it's rarely over 80⁰. Mai tai's help too.

I'll take 115⁰ and no humidity over 90⁰+ and 90% humidity any day.
You have a point there but keep in mind the bugs and insects prefer more humidity.

Another win for the desert. Sitting in my cabin right now, 88⁰ outside, no humidity, door open for the breeze, and no screen door.

But it's a dry heat. Yea, that's what everybody told me that lives in the West (NV, AZ, etc.). I was in Phoenix several times and once it was, actual heat (not "feels like") 118 degrees. Dry heat? Yea. I live in South Florida, but 118 nearly baked me. I told them, "dry heat, ok, I put my head into the oven, that is dry heat too." I thought I was going to pass out.
I know all too well after being stationed in Tampa for 3 years. 80 degrees it wasn't too bad with the humidity. Anything above that started getting worse. When I was in England 80 degrees was hot because it was so cool there normally.

Well we are popping back into the 90's with 50% humidity and going higher over the next couple days.
We have been starting out at 70degrees in AM and in sheltered valleys at 60 and hitting 90 + in the afternoon.
Here is a question
How often should freon/ refrigerant be checked ?
You never USE freon. If need some, you have a leak !

It's ... well ... a "different" kind of beauty in the West, or at least the desert or arid types of areas in the West. East of the Mississippi, as you know, it's much different. Go further East and rain is the norm. Here in South Florida, it's sub-tropical. Rain, rain, rain. Here, about 3pm every day after it heats up, expect a thunderstorm with an inch or so of rain in 15 minutes. Then, the sun shines and things begin to heat up again.

I've only lived on the East Coast (NJ and FL) except for about 1 1/2 years in Austin TX when I took a transfer for work. That part of TX just seemed so strange, not having trees all around. But most people think it is so beautiful. I guess, to each his own.

The Gladiator I got in May is my first Jeep with leather seats. Not fun in Louisiana heat!

That is exactly 💯 %why I don't like leather sweaty in heat , burn your skin and winter colder linger till they heat up.
To me leather is just like vinyl just not fake.
