At 90+ mph and 2 5k pound plus vehicles? They've killed multiple people both suspects and innocent bystanders at a cost of millions to tax payers. When they shoot someone attempting to ram them it's ruled justified as it is a potentially lethal assault but when they do it it's just a "tackle"? Can't have it both ways. Either cars are deadly weapons when used in assaults or they aren't. The badge doesn't change that.PIT isn't same as shooting. It's no different than an officer tackling someone. Sometimes they may hit their head and die, but that wasn't the intent. PIT isn't considered deadly force. It's literally a 'tackle'
