PIT isn't same as shooting. It's no different than an officer tackling someone. Sometimes they may hit their head and die, but that wasn't the intent. PIT isn't considered deadly force. It's literally a 'tackle'
At 90+ mph and 2 5k pound plus vehicles? They've killed multiple people both suspects and innocent bystanders at a cost of millions to tax payers. When they shoot someone attempting to ram them it's ruled justified as it is a potentially lethal assault but when they do it it's just a "tackle"? Can't have it both ways. Either cars are deadly weapons when used in assaults or they aren't. The badge doesn't change that.

Ramming a vehicle to kill the occupant and a PIT aren't the same.

Well, what is nice about Arkansas is they enforce the law, not your feelings about what YOU think is acceptable.
Your opinion on the law doesnt mean squat.
If you dont like Arkansas' enforcing the laws, leave your state, move to Arkansas, run for state assembly and propose a change to the law but until then you are ilrelevant.

Running a vehicle off the road intentionally at speed resulting in their death would be considered a homicide if we didn't let them hide behind a badge.

1. Car jacking is a violent crime(Felony)
2. Running from the cops is FELONY FLEEING
3. 90+ mph is a felony
4. If she was gonna stop she had plenty of time to stop
5 I have zero sympathy for a multi felon that endangered dozens of civilians by HER ACTIONS.
6. She should've been wearing her seat belt. If she had, she wouldn't have done a double back flip 40 feet in the air.
7. I hope the Trooper got an accommodation, or a paid day off.

The constitution and subsequent Supreme Court rulings regarding assaulting fleeing suspects with deadly force are very clear. If you did the same to someone it would be assault with a deadly weapon and manslaughter at a minimum of not homicide. Just because they do it and it's in their policies doesn't make it legal as the constitution trumps state law.

Apparently not, because they do it EVERY DAY.
So, I guess you're not a legal expert.

I didn't see any mention of a carjacking, and as I stated earlier I'm all for using force against violent felons. Fleeing isn't violent. And as the victim of a vehicle theft, I don't like to see the intentional destruction of the victims property. It's unnecessary and only further victimizes the person who's vehicle was stolen. Spike strips and all I need are tires. Maybe wheels if they drive on them for awhile. PITs at speed are guaranteed destruction of the victims property even if you have 0 value for human life because they stole something. In many of these PIT videos at speed they destroy the police vehicle in the process. In others they destroy multiple other vehicles. I've seen one where the PITed vehicle hits a Ford truck head on and kills the elderly drivers wife and severally injured the old man. All so they can pat each other on the back and say "we got him"? Property crimes don't carry a death sentence for a reason... because they shouldn't.

At least most of the world doesn't share your low value for human life. Should we just shoot kids stealing candy bars to or is there some sort of scale? At what value is stuff worth more than the life of a human being? Now if you're in my home as a threat to me or my family then you made your choice, but if I see you walking down the street with my TV I'm not going to murder you for it.

And like I said, I dgaf about your opinion, they were 100% in their legal authority to do what they did, I proved it earlier in the thread.
As I said before, the best part of the video was the slo-mo of that pos flying like bird poo. 🤣🤣🤣

Your the one with the scale of which crimes should be enforced and which ones shouldn't.
Personally, I think the Supreme Court got the shooting a fleeing suspect wrong.
If you run, pew,pew.
Look how much $$you could save the taxpayer 👍
