The Mojave hood is nice touch but they should have included Mojave/Rubicon fenders too.

Good info @ecidiego. I’ve heard that rumour from someone high up in Stellantis. A V8 will be coming sometime in the future, I know how this works, I’m in tech.

Sigh, “Bold New Graphics”

The only thing interesting here is the door hinges. I don’t even care about the easier removal, maybe leave the rust off this time? That “M715” inspired package doesn’t look anything like the Kaiser, it’s just paint and decals.
For the next generation maybe make a truck that’s actually inspired by the Kaiser instead of using Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V with the Wrangler. The Gladiator deserves its own identity.

But my cousin's sister's brother's mother's father's ex-wife had a girlfriend who knew a guy who worked at 7-Eleven whose brother worked at Jeep said there was going to be a 392 Gladiator this year....

Exactly. People don't understand that the V8's future was all but dead two years ago. Nobody (including Stellantis) was doing any R&D with V8s. All R&D was hybrid and EVs.

The current political and consumer climate has changed and manufactures are realizing maybe the EV push was not all that its cracked up to be.

It sounds like Stellantis/Jeep will pivot back to some V8s, more than just some final editions, but that pivot is going to take some time.

EV sales among newer buyers remains pretty strong. Toyota advertises the most electrified vehicles of any company. We've seen ev sales take a dump, but looks like a blip while the long term trend may be up. We're dying off, new buyers will set the pace.

As I mentioned, I think it's a great looking Jeep and if I was in the market for a new one I would definitely consider it IF it had the towing of the Max Tow. The only other thing would be getting my heat gun out, taking those cheap and unnecessary "Willys 4x4 [US Flag]" decals off and replacing them with the much better looking (IMO) "Willys" decal (if it needs decals at all).

How do you not have highline fenders on this?? Looks bad with standard fenders and that hood IMO. LOVE the color and wheels.

So does anyone else think it is a typo that the put the wheels will be Olive Drab and not '41 in color? Because they are two different colors...
I caught that too. I’m wondering if since the wheels will all be that color, no matter what body color you choose, that’s why they named it olive drab? Idk, just a theory.

And I could be reading this press release wrong but it doesn’t say this is only available in the color ‘41, right? So you could get a Reign in this with those olive drab colored wheels and weird tan and green interior? 😬🤣🤣🤣

I’m sure they just poorly worded this presser and it’ll only be ‘41 and the wheels are the same color but the thought of all the wild color combinations is hilarious.

In-all, I’d buy one of these and do what others have said; remove the hood decals and put the normal WILLYS on it, in the same dark green looking color though.

Agreed.last year i wanted to make a freedom version with this color but nevered pulled the trigger. This year if jeep doesnt do anything for the gladiator i just may build up my own with this color in the max tow. I think the rubicon hood will look better
