The 2023 steel front bumper should bolt right up to the 2025 Rubicon, but you'll want to double-check the winch mounting options and ensure the crash bars line up. I swapped a 22 or 23 rear steel rubi bumper for my plastic on a 24 Mohave. The only difference was juggling the license plate light brackets.
