I do this often on those tree diamonds they put all over the parking lots. Those things are annoying!!!! So I run over them. :like:
That how you turn the annoying into fun.
😁👍
They’re small but they revive some rock crawling memories.

Welp christmas present installed.

Wife was a little worried about the grill being off, but when i showed her it comes off in 30 seconds she was like "well that's cool" Could of been 20, but took me a few seconds to figure out the trail cam harness and water line lol

Used the WARN 101255 winch mount plate for the badlands 12,000, fits quite nice actually, very beefy plate, well have to shave off some of the selector lever because it "ever so slightly" rubs the top of the bumper but was expecting that from other's notes on it.

It is a tight fit, easy to do, easy to fit it, but it doesn't leave a lot of room in there for a cover. I'll figure something out. I'd highly recommend having a second person help to make the install easier, son helps me, you "could" do this by yourself, but I'm well over 40, and dad's knees just don't do all that anymore.

The only mod I'm doing to it is a NVX BIR500 500 AMP Battery Relay ( Amazon: https://amzn.to/4qGvNoW ) which is a high quality relay that can handle up to 700amp surges and will wire into aux switch instead of the on/off battery disconnect switch the winch comes with. Don't waste time with the cheap contactors and relays, they will just burn out on first tough pull you do.

Did take the control box off, have done some serious thought about where i could mount it, as it would be a super clean install with it. But i'm just not sure about the location. So it'll most likely stay on.

Wireless remote works nice. (Admin move to proper location if needed wasn't sure)
