Don't get me wrong on the soft top, I loved it.
The one piece fiberglass is night and day quieter.
I live in Joshua Tree and work in Coachella (hot), no issues.
It's been cold and snowy (for us), still no issues.

It is still a jeep. My wife's Lincoln is much quieter. Her car is also much warmer in cold weather and cooler in hot weather LOL

I purchased a 2023 Rubicon Diesel. It came with a soft top. I wanted a hard top, but never cared for the removable panels and I wanted the top to be old school tan.

Camper King, in San Diego, just put a gladiator hard top on their website. https://camperkingusa.com/2020-2024...es_oem_gladiator_jt_slider_glass_preinstalled

I called and spoke with (I assume) the owner, he answered all my questions. I then placed an order for a “camel/spice“ color hard top with a solid glass window. A few weeks went by and they texted me a photo of a “black“ hardtop and said my order was ready. I texted back and said I ordered their “camel” color. Another week and I went down to pick up the top. They put an OEM sliding window in, which I didn’t order. Other than that, the top is beautiful.

I think I got their first one. This is a one piece top and does not have removable panels. It should support a heavy roof rack or tent without any issues.

I have a hard top, but the damned thing leaks so badly I wonder why I bother.
After a few years how’s it doing for you? Specifically, any issues with leaks?

That is a good looking hard top. I have not had any problems with the OEM hard top sealing or otherwise and the three piece make it easy to remove and put away yourself. With the quality of the top it would be great if they made molded half doors with factory quality latches that were similar finish to the top as an alternative to the factory or tube doors available.

How heavy is it? Can two people disassemble and reassemble it?

I’d rock the tan one. Would make it harder to remove for upgrades though. I don’t plan on taking the tops off for driving around anyway though. Didn’t really buy a Gladiator for the convertible truck aspect.

I wanted to take the tops off more, but it seems like all they do is leak when it rains or snows- so I just try to get them on with a bead of non-reactive grease that won’t damage the seals and hope I can get another couple months out of it before it starts dripping again.

I would gladly give up the damned top to keep the weather on the outside
