Those missing pieces are part of the top rail. They are Cut out when installing the mopar tonneau cover.

Thank you, I didn't know what they were for. I just bought a used JT missing those pieces. Makes sense now because the window sticker lists a Roll–Up Tonneau Cover that I didn't get

The grille does not come with it but you can swap in the center insert
