IFS or SFA? Cant really tell from the pics. Assuming it will be IFS. Looks like a Bronco to me.
You can almost guarantee it will be IFS. There isn’t a lot of incentive for the solid axle. 90% of jeep owners couldn’t tell you the capability difference between the two and they complain about the handling.

You might be right, but I would have put it closer to 95%. ;)

I honestly think that’s the reason my Gladiator had 8500 miles on it when the previous owner got rid of it. I think he bought a fully loaded truck and expected it to handle like a IFS SUV. 😆

So for those scoring at home, the success of the Wrangler has prompted the following resurrections:
  • 2021 Ford Bronco
  • 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser (the 250 Series is much more of a Wrangler competitor than the bloated 200 series)
  • 2027 Scout Traveler (International Scout)
  • 2029 GMC Jimmy
  • 2029 Nissan Xterra
This is not including posers like the Honda Passport or concepts like the Hyundai Boulder.

This is wild speculation on my part, but it occurred to me that Ram may have refrained from making a larger SUV as long as others wouldn't compete with the Wrangler. But now that everyone is competing with the Wrangler, Ram has decided to compete in the large SUV market.

They have?

Yes, Ram will be releasing a full-sized SUV (Ramcharger) that will compete with the Tahoe, Suburban, and Expedition.

Nice. Hopefully it will have a Cummins in it. Glad Wifey waited on getting her gigantic road cruiser this time around. To be honest the only one I actually liked was the Expedition Tremor. She wanted the diesel suburban but I’m not impressed with the engine at all.

Wow…why….are we seeing posts about other manufacturers’ vehicles? Seems strange… Have we been hacked?

Because competition impacts the Jeep Gladiator.

"Competition is a rivalry between two or more parties striving for a common goal, an exclusive prize, or market dominance. It exists across various disciplines, acting as a driving force for progress, efficiency, and improvement."
