Ask other Jeep or rally car owners around locally about who they use for alignments, not all alignment shops are the same.
I am guessing whoever you have been taking it to is not well educated in raised Jeeps or you have possibly some bad parts they have not found.
Look for shops that specialize in Jeep builds also for more help.
At 35,000 my Falken still have about half tread and look as good as can be expected for mostly mountainous road driving.
I finally made the switch and purchased some Rubicon take off rims and tires for my Gladiator. They are the factory 33 inch AT3Ws. I am wondering what everyone is doing PSI wise for mostly highway driving. My door jamb says 36 PSI but not sure if that is too high for these tires. Thanks!
The door jam placard, on my 2021 JTRD says 37 psi. Early in 2022, I added an AEV dual sport, 2 1/2” lift. I don’t do over landing, so I didn’t need the over landing version. The one I bought, allows you to add up to 400 pounds of modifications, without hindering performance. With front and rear steel bumpers, rock slide power steps with Armor, differential armor, winch, roll n lock tonneau cover, tools and recovery gear, etc. etc., I added every bit, of the 400 pounds, or more, i’m sure.
In no way, am I an expert. But, through my research, the placards numbers, are based on tests, with four people in the car, with controlled conditions. If you are the only passenger in the vehicle, 90% of the time or so, it’s suggested that you add two or three more pounds, to allow for the lack of other passengers. But with my added modifications, I called it even. I had been running 37 psi, the whole time I had those tires. Several months ago, I sold the factory 33 falken wild Peak AT3’s. They had around 31,000 miles on them. Still had about half the tread depth. Perfectly even wearing. Some of the most evenly worn tires I’ve ever seen. I will say though, I was a stickler for keeping 37 psi. Whenever I filled the tank, I checked the tires. I liked the wild peak at3’s so much, my new tires are 35 x 12.5 wild peak at4’s so far, so good.
