@Cattywumpuss might be a little more in shipping to get to you in the Great White North but even so, it's still pretty cheap all things considered.

I'll ask her and circle back.

Also, she sent me their install instructions.
Yeah, shipping costs up kill off a lot of dreams. However, it can go to WA state and then I have a freight forwarding service for large / heavy / battery items that sends it up by barge at a cheaper rate.

@Cattywumpuss zip code?

For that matter, if anyone is interested, if you can reply here with your zip code I'll can relay it.

I also asked her this morning about RTTs. She said they have some available. I'm going to get numbers on wedge style hard tops and post here.
Here’s the shipping address for Carlisle in WA state. Let’s see what they come up with for that. Thanks.

Not interested. Too many issues with Chinese crap not having bolt holes line up, screws missing or not cut correctly, communication issues when there are problems, not to mention it's made in China.

I get all of that and don't disagree in principle regarding China but considering nearly every "American" brand is sourcing these from China and we're paying substantially more for middle men, may as well go to the source. To get into a similarly equipped TX-made SmartCap we're in the neighborhood of $6K+.

Ruby got back to me with a cut sheet with some pics and specs. I ran it through AI to translate and make it a little easier to follow.

First file is the original she sent me with the pics. Further attachments are AI-backed translations. Next post will have the various types of canopies she sent in a separate message to correspond with the spreadsheet.

Take a look at the ones pictured in the file, let me know which ones and I'll relay for pricing and further specs.

Interested in pricing.
I currently have an ARE cap, but would consider one of these for the added strength.

Don't quote me on this but I believe that the Type 1 cap is the least expensive, flat panels, no exterior mounting panels and no side windows. I know the spreadsheet shows all as type one but I'm chalking that up to Chinese-English translations.

If you reply back with the one you're interested in I'll relay and get a price.

I've also asked Ruby to work on a direct chat link for everyone's individual orders, too.

The one you're going with, does that include the compartments on either side behind the side lift up doors?

Yes.

Plus crossbars, rear security mesh, internal molle on the side doors. The internal boxes have small shelves. I'm planning on installing E-track on them.

Thinking the best way to handle this is for everyone to DM me their preferred spec and shipping address so I can start spreadsheeting it and get pricing from Ruby.

I would like solid sides with front and rear glass (sliding for the front) if I was going this route.

Ugh. I don't need to spend the money - but that's tempting.

Sorry for the potentially dumb question but I want to be sure I know what I'm agreeing to before I throw my hat in the ring...

Regarding the first pic, are all of these accessories included (crossbars, toolboxes, etc) or are these options available?
