First look at Saddle interior in a Rubicon

So guys and girls I went and checked it out in person today and I can assure you it is not tan. It’s almost like a dark peanut butter colour. My phone was acting up so I couldn’t get any good picture of it. But I’ll be going back again this week to look at it again. But man the Gladiator is person looks so much better than the pictures. The thing is perfect. I can’t wait to order mine.

Dark Peanut Butter™ sounds promising!

Maybe JTRUBI will sneak in a jar of dark peanut butter and do a comparison shot. Then he could use the tailgate as a bench to make a pb&j and be the first in history to eat a Pb&j on a Gladiator.

Haha don’t worry I’ll be going back with my camera to take better pics. Funny part is I got pictures of the red and silver gladiator but when I got to the black with saddle interior it wouldn’t take pictures. Loll

I didn’t measure the gas bumper but in person it’s barely noticeable. It won’t be an issue at all.

It looks good in person. I’m still set on the colour over the black. I’m not a big fan of the red interior accents on the Rubicon.

That looks great in some shots. More of a caramel color. I think it'll look really good in a gator, assuming gator is what we think it is. Might be too light for Gobi imo.

Yup, I’ll be ordering mine in Gator with Saddle and honestly in person it looks great. Another issue is the lighting at the show was extremely bright. This makes it look a lot lighter in the videos. In person it looks a lot darker.

@JTRUBI Its more leg work, but if you are going to go back, how about grabbing a few paint cards from Home Depot (maybe eyeballing one that could be best match) and taking a photo of it on the seat. Then any of us could go find the same paint card at Home Depot and perhaps get a better idea since we are all super excited for any details haha.

That’s actually a good idea. I’ll see if I can stop by Home Depot and pick up some sample cards to see if that helps out.

While you are at Home Depot, also pick up some plywood. I'm sure that they'll let you stack it in the bed.

As long as the peanut seats weren't actually tanned with peanuts, I'm getting a gator and saddle too Rubiglator. Then I need a black leather dash insert from an overland
