I'm definitely going to be getting a JT once they are available for us commoners (non-launch-edition buyers) to order, and I am going to be ordering one to have the specific features that I want.
I definitely want the 6 speed manual transmission, which means (and I accept) that I will be limited to get (and will get) the 'ordinary' tow package, not 'max tow' - and I am willing to accept that trade-off.
I definitely want the cluster of four auxiliary switches.
I seem to have seen in discussions of the JL-s that some version of the tow package does or did include the four auxiliary switches as an integral part of the tow package (or at least someone thought and claimed that).- without having to order and pay for the switch cluster itself. Or, again, someone seemed to think so and say so.
Can anyone confirm (or exclude the possibility) - at least with the JL - of whether the four aux switches do or do not come included in the 'tow packaqe' and does it make a difference whether it is 'ordinary tow' or 'max tow'?
