I got 2 LE's today.......or maybe I got LE'd twice

Sound kinda familiar?

I figured out the details of my Jeep purchase situation. For me the most sense was to lease a JT pre-spec Sport S .
I put money down (sort of) and i've been anxiously waiting.....waiting.......Mid June ETA.............. Late June ETA.............more waiting , now it looks more like Mid July because with Pre-Spec, those are put to the end of the list to be built when there are confirmed sale cars ordered like ALL THE DAMN (I MEAN WONDERFUL) LE ORDERS.....

So on the one hand I've been Slothed like the LE folk because i'm playing the waiting game, on the other hand, the LEs have taken the upper hand and scooted me to the end of the line.

So I got 2 LE's today, or been LE'd twice. (sneaky I know)

I'm not really upset at LE people, i'm just having some fun while I fight boredom. I don't even have a plywood box to play with......

Sounds like you have more of a confirmed delivery date than Granite LEs. Ordered 2 months ago today and still waiting for a VIN...

Yeah but I’m gonna use my truck regardless... I think the rareness alone will keep the value up! Gonna keep all my stock parts... (plan to keep it fairly stock anyway! Which will even add to its rareness!) Probably get 35’s, a winch... but (unless I find I absolutely NEED a lift, or something else), that’s about it! I figure, if nothing is done to modify the body, or the mechanics, and I only change tire size (to a size the vehicle’s already built to accept... NO lift, NO spacers)... and add the winch, (the already “winch ready” Rubicon steel bumper is intended to have)... then, as far as I’m concerned, there won’t have been any body or mechanical modifications, so it’s still stock anyway!
But, like I say, anything I do, I’m keeping all the OEM, factory, parts... so I can always put it back together “Bone Stock”, when I’m the only one left with a bone stock, Granite Crystal, 2020 Launch Edition, Gladiator Rubicon... and somebody offers me that (cue pinky finger to corner of mouth)... $1,000,000 for it!!!! ;{

Of course... “2020”... wait a minute... that’s it! “Launch Edition” wasn’t a misnomer! They always planned for it to be the first edition of Gladiators to be produced after January 1st, 2020! They figured they be hailed as heroes for any Launch Editions produced EARLY, ahead of the 1/1/20 launch date! We should be GRATEFUL if we get our LE before New Years! ;{
